 1.30 kg Dates
 40 g Black Salt
 470 g Thggery
 40 g Cumin Powder
 70 g Mango Powder
 2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
 2 tbsp Dry Coriander seeds Powder
Directions

Wash and clean dates properly so there is no dust or anything left. Remove the pits from the dates. Then weigh the dates— it should weigh to 1.3kg.

In a food processor or blender add dates, mango powder, black salt, jaggery, cumin powder, red chili powder, water and dry coriander seeds powder and blend everything to chutney consistency.

Then take a stainless steel strainer and large bowl and strain this prepared chutney mixture so that if there is any bits left it can be removed.

Taste it and add anything that is needed to make it tasty. Add water according to the consistency required.

Sweet Tasty chutney is ready.
