Ingredients
 100 g Sprouted Moong (Moong bean/green gram)
 500 g Cucumber
 50 g Dalia (Yellow Split Peas) (Pulse Grinded)
 50 g Cashews
 1 qt Pomegranates
 20 g Fresh Coriander
 Green Chilies
 Sea Salt
 Lemon Juice
 Sugar
Directions

Chop cucumber in small pieces and add sea salt and leave this for 1/2 hr. Then strain this using nylon cloth or cheese cloth or muslin cloth to remove the water from cucumber.

Chop cashews in small pieces.

Remove pomegranate seeds from pomegranate.

Make green chili paste.

Clean, wash and dry and finely chop the coriander.

Leave aside little bit of coriander and pomegranate seeds for garnishing. Now take 1 big bowl and add pre-prepared cucumber, Sprouted Moong (Green gram), Pulse Grinded Dalia, Cashews, Pomegranate seeds, Fresh Coriander, Green Chili paste, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice, Sugar (as per taste) and mix everything.
