Ingredients
 500 g Fresh Coriander
 15 g Mint Leaves
 1 Fresh Coconut (Brown)
 200 g Peanuts
 425 g Jaggery
 2 tbsp Cumin
 2 qts Lemon
 150 g Ginger
 Sea Salt
 40 g Curry Leaves
 12 qts Spinach Leaves
 Green Chilies
Directions

Chop the Coconut into small pieces.

In a grinder or food processor add chopped coconut, ginger, raw peanuts, sea salt, lemon juice, jaggery and water and process everything.

Transfer this mixture into bowl.

Now in a grinder or food processor add fresh Coriander, Spinach Leaves, Curry leaves, Mint, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice, Jaggery, Green Chilies, cumin and slight water and process it until smooth.

Add this mixture to the bowl and mix everything well.

Note: When processing Coconut and Raw Peanuts the consistency should be coarse not smooth. This will make chutney really nice. When processing Fresh Coriander, Mint, Curry Leaves, must add lemon juice to maintain the colour of the chutney green.
